Viktoriia Dessert offers pickup by appointment and, where available, local delivery.

1. Pickup

Pickup is available by appointment only.

There are no fixed public opening hours for order collection.

When submitting an order request, you can indicate your preferred pickup date and time.

Your preferred pickup time is a request and is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from Viktoriia Dessert.

If your preferred time is not available, we will contact you to suggest an alternative time.

Pickup location

Orders can be collected from:

• Rood-Kloosterlaan 30, 1910 Kampenhout, Belgium

The exact pickup details will be provided with your order confirmation.

Please arrive as close as possible to your confirmed pickup time so that the desserts can be collected in appropriate conditions.

Once an order has been collected, the customer is responsible for transporting and storing the products appropriately.

2. Delivery

Local delivery may be available depending on the delivery address, distance, date and our availability.

When submitting an order request, you may select Delivery and provide your delivery address and preferred delivery time.

A delivery request is not a confirmed delivery arrangement.

We will review your request and confirm whether delivery is possible before confirming the order.

Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery distance and address. Any applicable delivery fee will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed.

If we are unable to provide delivery for your requested date or address, we will contact you to discuss an alternative, such as pickup or another available date.

3. Delivery Time

Customers may indicate their preferred delivery time when submitting an order request.

Delivery times are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Viktoriia Dessert.

Because our desserts are handmade and prepared to order, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time until it has been confirmed.

4. Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the confirmed delivery time.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any information necessary to access the delivery location.

If nobody is available to receive the order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any alternative delivery arrangement will be subject to availability and may result in an additional delivery fee.

Once the order has been delivered, the customer is responsible for storing the desserts according to the storage instructions provided on the relevant product page and/or with the order.

5. Transportation and Storage

Our desserts are fresh and perishable products.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, desserts should be kept refrigerated at 2–7°C and refrigerated as soon as possible after pickup or delivery.

Customers are responsible for appropriate transportation and storage after collecting or receiving their order.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
